1. Delivery Area and Shipping Fees
Delivery covers the entire Taiwan region, free shipping (except for remote areas).
2. Delivery Time
After placing an order, we will dispatch the product in the order of order placement, with a delivery timeframe of approximately three business days. We offer unlimited and designated delivery options, as well as pick-up and delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

4. Signature Information
When placing an order, please provide a valid address and contact number where you can sign for the product.
Upon receipt, please inspect the product to ensure it is intact, that the product type and quantity match the order details, and that your shopping list is complete. Unpacking the phone for inspection before signing for the product is not permitted. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.
However, if the seal is intact but materials are missing after unpacking, please contact mysplepa's 24-hour online customer service and keep the package in its original condition.
If you are unable to sign for the package in person, please authorize someone else to do so and strictly follow the instructions in step 2. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the address specified on the delivery order. Anyone can sign for the package at that address, such as a counter. Delivery is not guaranteed to the designated person.
For risk considerations, the address and phone number cannot be modified after your order is confirmed. Please ensure that you enter the correct address and phone number when placing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Effective immediately, orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be held by the shipping company for 5 days. We will notify you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service. Orders that do not receive a response after 5 days will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
5. Returns and Refunds
1. If the product you ordered is defective, you can request a full refund.
2. Return and refund methods and conditions are detailed on the product sales page and the relevant pages in the ordering process.
3. Your returned product must be intact, including all items, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents or materials, in their original shipping condition. If you have a physical invoice, it must be returned along with the signed discount slip and other required documentation as required by relevant laws and regulations. Otherwise, mysplepa may refuse to accept your return or refund request.
4. You understand and agree that if we need to process a refund due to your request for a return or exchange, or because we are unable to accept all or part of your order, or because the contract is terminated or becomes invalid for any reason, we may process invoices, discount notes, and other documents required by applicable laws and regulations on your behalf.

Q5: Do I need to provide identification upon delivery?
