Prices

The prices displayed on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars. Unless there is an obvious error, upon acceptance of your order, you agree to pay the price displayed on this website. We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover a price error on any product you've ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

Order Acceptance

Once you enter your personal information and payment details and submit your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted and your contract with us is complete when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment are included in the contract.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason at our sole discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:

a) The item you ordered is out of stock, or has been withdrawn because it does not meet our quality standards, or because one or all of the items in your order are subject to shipping restrictions.

b) We discover an error in the price or product description.

c) We are unable to obtain payment authorization.

d) You do not meet the purchase eligibility requirements set forth in our Terms of Service.

If there are any issues with your order, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Collection

When you place an order on the website, you will be notified of an estimated delivery time. Our team will do their best to deliver within this timeframe, but we cannot guarantee that the item will be delivered to you within this timeframe.

Every order is insured during shipment until the item is delivered or collected. When picking up your items, you will be required to sign a receipt confirmation. Once you sign, you become responsible for the items. If the person picking up the items is not the original purchaser, or if the item is a gift, you accept the signature as proof of delivery and your order has been fulfilled, and you also accept the transfer of responsibility. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Returns

To provide you with the best online shopping experience, we offer a free, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may return it for a full refund.

a) Customers may return items within 7 days of ordering.

b) Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, in its original, undamaged box and packaging, with all price tags intact.

To return an item, please complete the return form you received upon delivery and mail it to our address along with the item in its original packaging. If you do not have your purchase form, please call our Customer Service team and we will email it to you.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.

These Terms of Service are not intended to affect your rights under Taiwanese law.
